No. CDH HomeWatch is a property care and inspection service — not a security company. We do not provide guarding, alarm monitoring, or armed response. We are the eyes on your property during regular scheduled visits, identifying issues and reporting back to you.
If we identify an issue during a visit, we notify you immediately with clear photos and a full description. We help coordinate next steps — whether that's a minor fix or sourcing contractor quotations for your approval. Nothing proceeds without your say-so.
Yes — we can coordinate cleaning and garden services before your arrival with at least 7 days' notice. Short-notice requests are handled on a best-effort basis. Pre-arrival preparation is available as an add-on at R450.
Yes. We service properties across the greater Southern Cape region. Properties outside a 20km radius from George are subject to a fuel levy at the current SARS prescribed rate per kilometre — always confirmed upfront before any agreement is signed.
